    1. Start by kneeling on the ground with your hands on your hips.
    2. Place a resistance band around your thighs, just above your knees.
    3. Engage your glutes and core muscles.
    4. Slowly lean back, keeping your hips and core stable.
    5. Thrust your hips forward, squeezing your glutes at the top of the movement.
    6. Lower your hips back down to the starting position12.
