I recently updated to Windows 11, and day one everything was fine, I was using dolphin like normal. Day two, now when I try to just open the emulator it doesn't work. Nov 26, 2021 · Create the portable.txt folder in the directory containing dolphin.exe, then run dolphin once. It should create a User folder in that directory. Move the contents of the Dolphin Emulator folder in Documents into that User folder. After that, you can delete the folder in Documents if you want.

Mar 30, 2023 · Downloaded Dolphin on my machine and set the settings, directories and copied anything over that I needed from the computer to the USB. The emulator runs great, and even runs a game with custom mods in 1440p with minimal slowdown, but for the life of me, cannot get the controller to work to play the game or any other titles.
