SOLVED! Bad Graphics. - Microsoft Community
I've messed with the graphics card program ect but can't nudge that either. SOLUTION! I messed around some more as I was worried to mess about with things that I didn't know. Some how by only messing with Windows Display Settings my AMD Control centre (Graphics card control panel), I managed to flick this off.
