A cabin crew is responsible for providing safety and full comfort to the airline passengers on board. Also, a cabin crew is known as a flight attendant, air hostess, flight steward, or stewardess who provides service to the airline passenger when a flight is on the air. It can be a male or female but most airlines prefer female cabin crew first.

Flight attendant or Cabin Crew, is the crew member responsible for the safety of passengers. Historically during the early era of commercial aviation, the position was staffed by young 'cabin boys' who assisted passengers. Cabin boys were replaced by female nurses, originally called 'stewardesses'.

Essentially, the difference is that Cabin Crew is everyone that works on board an aircraft. Flight Attendants, Senior Flight Attendants, Pursers, Onboard chefs – all of them are part of the Cabin Crew. They are all a part of the team that is responsible for your well-being on a flight. They all have different roles.
