    Alchemical Symbols or Glyphs are old but very simple symbols used to represent the elements Earth, Air, Fire, and Water. These symbols originated in Western Alchemy and Hermetics and use a system of triangles to denote which symbol belongs to which element. Each of the elements have a type of triangle that represents them.
