Dec 2, 2024 · So I forwarded the email I was trying to screenshot, from my work email, to my personal Gmail account and I was able to successfully take a screenshot. It is clear that the new iOS update changed the security settings to support company email accounts. Good to know I can use Gmail as an alternative.
