To start removing search “Enhanced by Google” you should uninstall it using Control Panel. It can be present by different names, usually containing “New Tab”, “Search” or “Toolbar”. It should uninstall correctly, however, we recommend you to use IObit Uninstaller to clean leftover items after uninstalling.

Click on the ‘Remove’ button or trash can icon associated with the extension you want to remove. A confirmation dialogue box will appear, asking if you’re sure you want to remove the extension. Click ‘Remove’ again to confirm. The extension will then be uninstalled from your Chrome browser.

Tip: You can go directly to Enhanced Safe Browsing for your account. Go to your Google Account. On the left, select Security. Scroll to “Enhanced Safe Browsing for your Account.” Select Manage Enhanced Safe Browsing. Turn Enhanced Safe Browsing on or off.
