There are multiple ways to join a Zoom meeting. You can join a meeting through an email or calendar invite, an instant messaging invite, from a web browser, from the Zoom desktop and mobile application, from a landline or mobile phone, or with an SIP/H.323 device.

There are many ways to join a meeting, but the easiest way is to click the join link that the meeting host provided. You can also click Join in your Zoom client and enter the meeting ID. You may also be prompted for a meeting passcode, so keep the meeting invite information available.

Follow these steps: On a computer: Open the Zoom desktop app or web browser. Click "Join a Meeting" if prompted. Otherwise, go to zoom.us/join. Enter the meeting ID provided by the meeting host/organizer. The meeting ID is a 9, 10, or 11-digit number. Click "Join."

In your web browser, go to zoom.us/join. Enter the meeting ID provided by the host/organizer. Click Join. A pop-up window will prompt you to open or download the application. Do one of the following: Launch the meeting on the Zoom client if it’s already downloaded on your device.
