Hi. The Hilton Ocala website indicates there are rooms with 2 'double' beds. Is the bed an actual 'double' bed size or are they 'queen' size? We are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids (11 & 9) and have found, for us, hotel double sized beds were not quite big enough. Maybe for one night but we are looking at a 3 night stay in the Ocala area. Thanks.

I'm concerned about the review of your hotel ...4 days ago. It was reviewed as the room smelled like dog urine and another said their room was "tired." I know this hotel is very old and undergoing renovations. My concern was the response of the hotel manager who mentioned all the updates, paint, carpeting etc. all in the Public areas ...she didn't mention the rooms for quests. Surely the Guests room were updated too????

Over a period of 6 years i have stayed 3 times here for more than a week at a time. There have been a lot of improvements since i first visited and yes the rooms have been updated. With that said i would still rate the hotel as a 4*. The rooms are ok. No real good ventilation. Very humid. The service there is great. The pool has been redone. However there is no longer a tennis court here. The food is good but not 5*.
