The Trans-Canada Highway (Hwy 1) has reopened between Spences Bridge and Cache Creek. Although the highway has reopened, a travel advisory will remain in place due to the Shetland Creek wildfire. Motorists are warned that wildfire activity may cause the highway to close again on short notice, so be sure to check DriveBC before travelling.
