    Is Hatsune Miku leaving Yamaha's Vocaloid engine?
    At Magical Mirai [ja] 2019, head of Crypton Future Media's Character Development Wataru Sasaki announced that Hatsune Miku would be departing Yamaha's Vocaloid engine, and would not be utilizing Vocaloid 5 for any further development of their voice banks. It was established that the "identity" of the voices would remain the same, however.
