Kane has known Katie Goodland since he was a child. They started to act as a couple as youngsters, and they eventually became engaged in 2017. Two years later, they married in the summer of 2019. The couple has three children under the age of six named Jane, Vivienne, and Louis.

The England star proposed to his childhood sweetheart Kate in 2017 while on holiday in the Bahamas. They wed in 2019 and now share three children: Ivy, six, Vivienne, five and Louis, two.
