    • Back Lift: Lie on your stomach with your arms and legs extended. Lift your chest and legs off the floor and hold for a few seconds. Lower and repeat.
    • Spreading Wings Lift: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a pair of dumbbells in front of your chest. Raise your arms out to the sides and squeeze your shoulder blades together. Lower and repeat.
    • One Arm Rowing: Stand with your feet staggered and hold a dumbbell in one hand. Lean forward and place your other hand on a chair or a bench. Pull the dumbbell up to your chest, keeping your elbow close to your body. Lower and repeat. Switch sides.
    • Bow and Arrow: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a resistance band in both hands. Extend your arms in front of you at shoulder level. Pull one arm back as if drawing a bow, while keeping the other arm straight. Return to the starting position and repeat. Switch sides.
    • Back Arm Walk: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms extended in front of you. Bend your elbows and bring your hands behind your head. Walk your hands down your back as far as you can, keeping your elbows close to your ears. Walk your hands back up to your head and repeat.
