Your package might actually have a FedEx prepaid shipping label inside the box. First check for a prepaid return label either included as part of the invoice or placed separately in the box. If you find one, you'll be able to simply stick that label on the shipping box without printing anything.

Once you have your label, pack your return item and drop it off at a nearby FedEx location, FedEx Drop Box, or participating retailer. If you use a QR code from the FedEx Mobile app, find a location that will accept it. Then pack your return shipment and take it there. They will print your label for you and process your return.

If you already have a prepaid label for your return shipment, you can drop off your package at one of FedEx's Drop Box locations. With this option, you don't have to interact with a staff member. Just drop the package into the compartment.
