You can find the live chat option by visiting the Etsy help center. From there you can select the “Live Chat” option and access the Etsy help center chat and soon an Etsy representative will help you out.

Select the “Chat with us” option for immediate assistance. Click on the chat option to bring up a chat window on the bottom right corner of the page. Enter a message into the chat box and wait for a customer service representative to respond to you. Tell them about the issue or question you have and they’ll work with you to help resolve it.

If Etsy has enabled this live chat as a support option for you, you should see a “live chat” icon in the bottom right corner of the page. This will bring up a chat window where you can type your question. Once you’ve typed your question, simply hit enter and someone from Etsy will respond to you.
