Forward Dominique Wilkins played 15 seasons for 5 teams. Wilkins' career averages were 24.8 points, 6.7 rebounds, and 2.5 assists in 1,074 regular season games. He was selected to play in 9 All-Star Games and was elected to the Hall of Fame in 2006.

Wilkins, nicknamed “The Human Highlight Film,” was particularly known for his dunking skills, especially his signature two-handed windmill dunk. He won the NBA Slam Dunk Contest twice, in 1985 and 1990, and placed second two other times. The Hawks qualified for the playoffs in nine of Wilkins’s twelve seasons with the team.
