Both are all-foam and have no coils. Both are three layers thick and have good bounce. Casper is softer and has more of a memory foam feel. Leesa is firmer and has more of a latex feel. Leesa is thicker and more supportive overall.

The Casper uses a zoned support system (more on that below), so it will feel softer at the shoulders than the Leesa. The Casper is a little firmer than the Leesa, which could be nice for anyone who prefers a firmer feel. The Leesa is just a little cheaper than the Casper mattress, which could be an important deciding factor.

Leesa is a high-end hybrid mattress that costs about twice the price of the all-foam Casper mattress. While Casper is made up of four layers, Leesa has three, resulting to 11 inches of thickness, which is an inch shorter than the Casper.

The Leesa and Casper are both all-foam mattresses. In our experience, the Casper mattress feels firmer than the Leesa. They both feature memory foam somewhere in their construction. The Casper has a zoned construction, while the Leesa mattress does not. They have a similar base layer on the bottom.
