The difference between unladen weight and kerb (curb) weight is where the unladen weight of a vehicle is the total mass of the vehicle minus fuel, passengers, goods, spare wheel & toolkit, and anything else that is not fitted to your car or van in order for it to function.

A vehicle’s curb weight (or kerb weight, for our British readers) is its weight in unladen, ready-to-drive condition — still with no driver, passengers, or cargo, but with all necessary fluids, including fuel. In the United States, curb weight is typically measured with a full tank of fuel.

The weights listed on the USA and brochure site are unladen. To get the curb weight, subtract 85kg (187.4lbs) for the driver and luggage, which is the difference between Unladen and Curb weights. BMW lists 3373lbs as the unladen weight on the US brochure for a 135i 6sp (which is about right for Advevo's car too).
