One of the easiest ways to copy and paste ChatGPT responses without any background is by using the plain text mode. When you are interacting with ChatGPT, you can simply switch to plain text mode by clicking on the “Plain Text” button. Or using the corresponding keyboard shortcut.

Copy the text from ChatGPT. Right-click at your desired location for pasting. Select “Paste as plain text/Match style” from the dropdown menu. Note: Keyboard shortcuts for pasting as plain text can be used for efficiency. On Windows, it’s Ctrl+Shift+V. On Mac, it’s Command+Shift+V.

The Share menu for iOS or Android pops up, allowing you to share the link via email, text message, social media, or cloud storage. You can save or share a response outside of ChatGPT by copying and pasting its text. To do this, click the Copy icon at the bottom of a response.
