On your computer, open Chrome. At the top right, click More Delete browsing data. Choose a time range, like Last hour or All time. Select the types of information you want to remove. Click Delete data. If you delete cookies while signed in to Chrome, you won't be signed out of your Google Account.

Go to the three-dot menu at the upper right of Chrome to select More tools > Clear browsing data. This will open a dialog box to delete your browsing history, as well as your download history (it won't delete the actual downloaded files), cookies, cached images and files (which help load pages faster when you revisit), saved passwords, and more.

Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete to clear your browsing history on a Windows PC, or press Command+Shift+Delete on a Mac. Check your browser's settings to find this option on a mobile device.
