To quickly clear your web browser history on a Windows PC, press Ctrl+Shift+Delete while using your browser. On a Mac, press Command+Shift+Delete instead. Your browser's "Clear Browsing Data" or "Clear History" window will pop up. You can now configure exactly what you want to delete.

Click the three dots to the right of the address bar, then pick Settings from the menu that appears. In the Privacy, search and services tab, find Clear browsing data and click Choose what to clear. Next, make your choices from the list, which includes browsing history and cached data, then click Clear now.

To clear everything at once, click Clear browsing data. A new window should pop up. Make sure the box next to Browsing history is ticked, and set the time range. Click Clear data and you're done.

On your computer, open Chrome. At the top right, click More Clear browsing data. Choose a time range, like Last hour or All time. Select the types of information you want to remove. Click Clear data.
