    To change the appearance of Google search engine, you need to:
    google.com+1
    1. Go to google.com and do a search.
    2. If you want the same Search settings across desktop browsers, sign in to your Google Account.
    3. At the top left, click Settings > See all settings.
    4. On the left, click Appearance.
    5. Choose Device default, Dark theme, or Light theme.
    6. At the bottom, click Save.
      Alternatively, you can choose a layout for your search engine by selecting the search engine you want to edit, clicking Overview and scrolling down to Look and Feel, and selecting the layout you'd like to use for your search engine.
