On your Android device, open Settings. Tap Apps. Under “General,” tap Default apps or Choose default apps. Tap Browser app. Select the browser you want to use.

You can change your default browser in your default app or browser settings. In Windows 10, click Start > Settings > Apps > Default apps, then click Web browser and choose your preferred browser. In Windows 11, click Start > Settings > Apps > Default Apps and select your preferred browser before clicking the Set default button.

In Windows 10, you can set the default browser (and the default for other apps) with the Settings app. Just head to Settings > Apps > Default Apps. Click the button under the "Web Browser" section. The button is named by whatever browser is currently the default. The list of all installed browsers appears.
