Your Windows hosts file might have been modified to block Bing's domains:
- Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and open the hosts file with Notepad (run Notepad as an administrator to edit).
- Look for any lines containing bing.com. If you find any, delete them.
- Save the file and try accessing Bing.com again.
