To make Bing your default search engine, follow these simple steps. Click More actions (...) on the address bar. Click Settings. Scroll down and click View advanced settings. Under Search in the address bar with, select Bing.

To change the default search engine from Bing to Google in Microsoft Change, click on the three-dot menu item, then navigate to Settings > Privacy, Search, and Services > Address Bar and Search, and select "Google" from the drop-down menu next to "Search Engine Used in the Address Bar."

Open MS Edge. Type edge://settings/search in the address bar and hit Enter. Now, set Bing as your default search engine, as shown in the screenshot. Microsoft Edge is a Bing browser. It means Bing is the default search engine here out of the box. But if you’ve changed the settings, you can use these methods to switch back to Bing from Google.

Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings menu and select View advanced settings. Next scroll down a bit and select the dropdown menu under Search in the address bar with. Obviously Bing is set as the default, but you want to click <Add new>. Then select the search engine and you can either add it, remove it, or set it as the default.
