Steps to Perform Subtraction Using 2's Complement

Add the Minuend and the 2's Complement of the Subtrahend: Perform binary addition of the minuend and the 2's complement of the subtrahend.
Handle the Carry: If a carry is produced, discard the carry. The remaining bits represent the positive result. If no carry is produced, take the 2's complement of the result to get the negative value.
