    1. Try your wetsuit in the pool to get comfortable with it.
    2. Start a swim workout at race pace and work on adjusting your pace for longer distances.
    3. Warm Up: 300 yards.
    4. 3x100 Moderate.
    5. Pre Mainset: 200 yards.
    6. 2x50 Drill.
    7. 2x50 Kick.
    8. Mainset: 400 yards.
    9. 4x100 as (75 Hard, 25 Easy).
    10. Cool Down: 100 yards.12
