    Here’s how to do one: Start in bear position as above. Keeping your body as low as you can, use your left leg and right arm to push yourself forward in a crawling motion. After one step, transfer your weight and take another step using your right leg and left arm. Rest after 5–7 steps. Repeat for 3–5 sets.
