Download the app from the Apple App Store, Google Play, or the Amazon Appstore: Sign in with an Ancestry account (username/email and password), Google, or Apple. Sign in with an Ancestry account (email/username and password), Google, or Apple. Enter your email/username and password > Sign in. (Need help with your password? See resetting a forgotten password.) If prompted, enter the two-step verification code > choose whether or not to Remember this device > Submit code.

Deleting your Ancestry account permanently deletes all information on your account, including family trees, records, photos, and DNA results. Reset your password by going to Ancestry.com, clicking "Sign In," and then clicking "Don't know your Password?" on the next page. Enter your email address and click Continue.
