To request a refund for your ACTIVE Advantage membership, please contact our customer support team by email at [email protected]. With our Member Satisfaction Pledge, if at any time during your annual membership you are not completely satisfied, we’ll cancel your membership and give you a prorated refund.

You can request a refund for your registration anytime, so long as it is more than 48 hours before the event. If refund request is valid and refunded, the event organizers will be notified that you forfeit your spot in the event and your registration will be cancelled. Refunds will be received within 5-7 business days.
