To access these log into your Zoom account through your web browser. Once logged in, you will need to click on “Reports”, at the bottom of the menu on the left hand side. To view the stats for a past meeting choose “Usage”. Make sure you adjust the time frame at the top to choose when the meeting occurred.

You must be the host of the meeting or have a role with Usage reports permission enabled to generate and view the report. Sign in to the Zoom web portal. In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Reports. Click the Usage Reports tab. Click Meeting. A list of upcoming and previous meetings will be generated.

Under the Usage Reports tab, click Usage. This will take you to the Usage report page. You will see a list of all the meetings you hosted for the default date range (the past day). Use the date range tool at the top of the page to specify larger date ranges (up to a maximum of one month) or search a specific date range.

As a licensed user, you have access to reports. Sign in to the Zoom web portal. In the navigation menu, click Analytics &Reports. Click the Usage Reports tab. Click Usage.

Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings. In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Reports. Click the Usage Reports tab. Click Active Hosts. At the top, use the following functionalities to sort the data by meeting:
