Do you need to prebook a free tour?

You don’t have to pre-book, but it’s a popular attraction and a good idea to pre-book, even if the only benefit is that you avoid the ticket line.

Hi Kyle! The tour is self guided with ambassadors placed throughout to answer questions, so you can go as fast or slow as you like. We generally recommend 90 minutes. Cheers!

Yes. Once you check in and have the initial greeting from a staff member, you take an elevator to the top floor to start the tour. You work your way down during the full tour, but someone could easily take the elevator down to the next floor each time. Also, there are many spot to sit and engage in one of the experiences so if someone needed a standing break during the time there, they have many opportunities throughout the experience.
