PowToon is probably best. But remember, the people who make video, or produce "high quality graphics," or whatever other terminology is used to describe their video are just making nice looking things most of the time. Ever see the Kinetic Type videos? Pretty. Sure. Entertaining. Yep. But for a customer, they rarely solve a COMMUNICATION PROBLEM.

Powtoon is cheaper and a good alternative as long as you have an off screen narrator and don't have the characters talking (no lip synch). It also has more assets and b-roll than Vyond and doesn't have 3rd party license transfer fees.
