Apple Gym Kit - Useless, Peloton already upgraded the Apple Watch app to support both the Bike and Bike+ with full heart rate and metrics integration with Apple Fitness. All of the other minor upgrades listed like processor, ports, etc. are all meaningless and have no impact at all the the user experience.

Contacted peloton and after some “troubleshooting” (ie. unplugging the bike), the screen continues to be unresponsive and they are quoting $1300 CAD for a new screen plus almost $150 to install.

Oct 28, 2022 · It is much better IMO! I have used a bike + ipad for about 2 years before getting the Peloton Bike to make sure I would use it long term… and it is 100% worth it. I push myself more knowing my real cadence/resistance. I just love the big screen and the bike itself is very smooth. I have it since March 2021 and still use it several times a week!

But frankly most users dont care about that. So perhaps a suggestion is to buy they best spinning bike you can afford and use the Peloton App.

Feb 2, 2022 · I found the Peloton bike nice but I didn't like the subscription fee which I felt was too high and I found most of the trainers dished out way to much pop-psychology like affirming mumbo jumbo. I just wanted someone to tell me to bike faster and harder and they most seem to think they are running a self help group. MUCH prefer Zwift.
