To play Instagram's secret game, send an emoji in a DM and tap it. Slide the paddle to keep the emoji bouncing. You have a single high score which is tracked across all emojis and DMs.

Open the Instagram app and go to the Messages section (DM) by tapping the Messenger icon at the top-right corner. Open any chat conversation and “send an emoji” as a message. To start the game, simply tap on the emoji. Voila! You will enter the mini-game. Play around with emojis and try to get the highest possible score.

An emoji will appear in the center of the screen. Below the emoji, you’ll see four options. Click on the one you think is the correct answer. See the Answer: If you guess correctly, you’ll see a “Correct!” message in green. If you guess incorrectly, the correct answer will be displayed in red.

Pick the categories of emoji codes you want to decipher. Play: When the game starts, be the first player to decipher the emojis. If you get stuck, press the pass button - if the majority passes, the emoji code will be skipped.
