Mar 26, 2021 · Thank you for your question. I am assuming that the bamboo that is invading your property is a running (rhizomatous) bamboo variety (as opposed to clumping bamboo). Since we are unable to give legal advice in this forum, I suggest you contact your city to see if there are regulatory constraints on growing running bamboo on property lines.

Apr 22, 2014 · I have an odd bamboo clump that always loses its leaves in winter. If it's a mild winter, the whole thing greens back up. If it gets below zero during winter, then I end up having to chop some off the top after it greens up in Spring, after I can see where the dead part begins.

I have seen how the county or state comes along and spray to kill places that is overgrown. Will these chemicals work on bamboo and where do I purchase it?
