The biggest perk of the Babies R’ Us registry is the generous return policy. They’ll accept returns (for store credit) up to 1 year after your due date for any item that’s on your registry. They definitely win out in this regard compared to the other registries.

As of right now, registries are still up and running, and purchases can be made. Returns however, may not be processed, and gift cards can't be returned for cash.

Most unopened items sold by Babies “R” Us in new condition and returned within 90 days with an original receipt will receive a refund or exchange. All products should be in new condition (unopened, in original packaging with tags attached) to receive a potential refund or exchange.
