The human body is a complex, highly organized structure made up of unique cells that work together to accomplish the specific functions necessary for sustaining life.

The human body is the physical substance of the human organism. Characteristic of the vertebrate form, the human body has an internal skeleton with a backbone, and, as with the mammalian form, it has hair and mammary glands.

The human body is made up of all the living and nonliving components that create the entire structure of the human organism, including every living cell, tissue and organ. On the outside human anatomy consists of the five basic parts, the head, neck, torso, arms and legs.
