  1. A 30-day exercise challenge for beginners can include12:

    • Doing yoga, Pilates or BODYBALANCE class
    • Doing brisk walking for 20 minutes
    • Doing jumping jacks, burpees, high knees, butt kicks, squats, reverse lunges, donkey kicks, hip raises, press-ups, and lunges
    • Cycling 5km
    • Swimming 10 lengths
    The exercises can be done in different combinations and repetitions, depending on the fitness level and preference of the individual. The challenge is to do some form of exercise every day for 30 days.
