If you signed up for a membership or personal training sessions with an initial term of three months or more and want to cancel before the end of that term, you may have to pay a termination fee. There are a few ways to cancel your 24 Hour Fitness membership. You can call 866-308-8179, call your local club or submit this online form to cancel.

The suspension can be effective immediately in 24/7 Fitness’ its sole and absolute discretion. During period of suspension, the Member cannot access or use the Facility and/or services provided by 24/7 Fitness.

Any conduct deemed by 24/7 Fitness, in its sole discretion, to be offensive, potentially harmful, dangerous or abusive will not be tolerated, and shall be grounds for termination of Member’s membership by 24/7 Fitness;

10.4 Any member who takes legal action against the Centre or 247 Fitness will be considered to have a conflict of interest and will have their membership terminated. The member will be reimbursed for any paid for membership that has not been used from the time of termination as per the terms and conditions highlighted in 6.8.
